TAC
The Fresh Foot Centre is able to work with your Transport Accident Commission case manager to arrange the necessary short and long-term Podiatry care that you are entitled to. We can also help to aid your return to work and normal daily activities.
To book an appointment contact your nearest Fresh Foot Centre Podiatry Clinic. For your initial TAC appointment, we'll need you to bring along your claim number.
WORKCOVER
The Fresh Foot Centre Podiatry Clinic approves third party funding from Work Cover given there is a current referral from your General Practitioner. To ensure that you receive treatment straight away, we advise that you please bring all paperwork regarding your referral and WorkCover claim to your first podiatry appointment.
Department of Veteran Affairs (Gold Card Holder)
If you are a DVA Gold Card holder, you will typically need a referral from your General Practitioner in order to access Podiatry. There are specific restrictions that apply in certain circumstances such as Medical Grade Footwear eligibility. Please note that the level of podiatry care entitlements differ between gold and white cards.
If you’re a Gold card holder, DVA will cover all Podiatry based expenses.
